What a major productive day Thursday turned out to be!!!!!!!! Talked with a gym that actually saught out my services. Don't know how they got my name but man what a good feeling. Anyway I will be up and running Sunday Sessions by the end of October. Super excited!!!!!

Had an amazing workout yesterday--with an amazing friend---Wow talk about feeling the burn......and to top it off I finally have a training date for Big Brothers Big Sisters. So that will be in a couple of weeks--what is a 2 hour training--when you have the opportunity to change a little kids life.

The girls have soccer this weekend and I will be fitting in a JACOBS LADDER workout either on Saturday or Sunday. Can't wait that thing kicks my butt in all directions--up, down and sideways.

All in all a pretty good week----I will be at the 9 week mark this weekend for Vegas and I can't wait until the next diet change--although it is tough it's just makes me more determined to work even harder.
