Augh!!!! Morning came to soon --well we are participating in our first FLORIDA Soccer Tournament. And well it is sad not to be playing with our old friends from RI.

Had my cheat meal this week at home--I just could not wait till Friday night -- life cereal was calling me name. It was so good---had an amazing workout yesterday. Did the beautiful backside. Man good thing I am not teaching this morning--my butt check are still on fire.

Got my hair done and also knocked out a potential sponsor. Keep your fingers crossed--my hair salon which by the LINDA @ SALON LA VIE is awesome. If you are ever in Jacksonville my peeps look her up--also going to get a facial for the first time the end of the month with Judy--I hear she is amazing as well--with all these great people in my back pocket I have no reason to have a bad hair of face day.

Had a bowl of (1/2 cup) oats with protein mixed in and (1/2 cup) blueberries topped off with some coffee. Should be a pretty good day if I keep on top of eating the right way--hard when you are out at the soccer fields but if you know me I have my bag full of goodies---Can of tuna and I also packed some fresh green beans --don't forget the water!!!

Hoping to get to the gym to be punished by the STEPMILL!!!! We have a love hate relationship.
