Ok well it has been along time since my last entry and man I can't believe time has gone by so fast. I am looking at 8 weeks out and feel like before you know it Tampa will be on my coat tails.

I have been super busy with a short but sweet vacation to VA Beach for a wedding, soccer, school(for the kids) and work as well as trying to get my personal training and Ambassador training going. Man if only they would grant me more hours in the day.

I am trying to branch out and volunteer some of my time with the Boys and Girls Club--totally looking forward to starting that.

I am currently working with a great kid--I call her a kid because she is 10 years younger than I am --which really does not make her a kid but you know what I mean and she will be competing in her first competition in November in the Bikini Class--she is an amazing lady!!!


Well I am off to get some grub on the table for the family and I promise to stay on top of this.............
